The ITIL V3 Managers Bridge Course is provided
to give candidates who hold a valid ITIL Manager's Certificate in IT Service
Management from an earlier version of ITIL a direct route to an ITIL version 3
Service Management "Expert" certificate. The course will focus on the content
of ITIL v3 that is new or has changed from earlier versions, covering this
material at a depth of understanding appropriate to the Manager's level of
qualification.
