ITIL® Service Manager Master
(SMM) Certification Training
The SMM course is an in-depth study and application of the
Service Support and Service Delivery disciplines. It is designed for the highly
motivated, knowledgeable and committed leader who can assume, as an internal or
external consultant / change agent, a critical role in driving the IT
organization toward successful adoption and increasing maturity of an
ITIL-based IT Service Management (ITSM) framework. The course demands 90 hours
of classroom time and up to an additional 200 hours of independent study and
assignment completion and is recommended for those expecting to pass the
rigorous certification - SMM is the highest level of ITIL certification that
exists
