ITIL® Practitioner: Agree and Define (IPAD) Certification Training

This 5 day ITIL® Practitioner courses focuses on the Service Level and IT Financial Management processes, combining detailed study with hands-on approaches to these tightly integrated ITIL processes.  They are designed for Process Owners, Process Managers and/or highly motivated, knowledgeable and committed team leaders who will play a critical role in continuing to align the relevant processes within their organization to the needs of the business.

Certification Process

Students are evaluated in-class or prior to class via coaching and auditing, and three practical assignments are completed to demonstrate the student's ability to effectively manage, organize, and optimize the ITIL Practitioner process(es).  A copy of the approved practical assignment assessment form is sent to EXIN prior to EXIN releasing certification exam results.  A two hour, 40 multiple question certification exam, proctored by EXIN is offered immediately at the conclusion of each course. 

The Foundation Certification is a pre-requisite for taking either of the Practitioner courses.
