This offering is an instructor-led course of 3 days duration, focusing on the core Service Support and Service Delivery ITIL processes, as well as providing an introduction to the challenges and decision-making process involved in planning and ITIL-based process implementation. This course leads to the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Loyalist Certification Services.
