ITIL v3 Foundation

The ITIL v3 Foundation offering provides participants with knowledge of ITIL v3 terminology, structure, basic concepts and core principles of ITIL Practices for Service Management. It introduces the concepts of the service lifecycle and the enhanced guidance described in ITIL Version 3, and discusses the processes, roles, functions and key concepts of IT Service Management. The course leads to the ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

Through the inclusion of the Polestarâ„¢ simulation, participants will experience for themselves how value is created for the customer via the application of Service Management principles.

Delivery Details

Our Foundation courses are instructor led either in a physical classroom or virtual delivery.  We also have a self-study e.learning format and a blended learning format.

In addition to public training, Third Sky can deliver these courses at your facility, if you are unable to meet the minimum number of students required the remaining seats can be offered through open enrollment to other ITSM professionals in your area.
